Hi all, just thought that I would start this thread for anyone that is in West Auckland that would like to chat... would love to get together and maybe have a coffee group/walking group or something. I am pregnant with my first, due in March.

Hi, haha I wasn't sure where to put it... but since most of us seem to be going from here to the treasures site thought it would be a good idea..... quite thankful for Hope actually cause i'm able to sneak past our pc ban on .com sites. hehe

Yeah, that was with one of my horses.... I had no recent photos to put up that are stored on this pc that photo is a bit old now haha

These sites are really addictive, i find myself flicking from one site to the other and my pile of work is growing... Never mind

Yeah I know.... I haven't done hardly any work today....doesn't make the time go faster, but sure makes the day more bearable. least this site isn't slow or crash all the time

Well ive been down to the baby factory down here in Newmarket. My god are they having some wicked sales or what! I could have spent millions in there if i didnt pull myself away!

Gosh I would soooo love to go shopping *sigh* still need to get a chest of draws for bubs and some bits n pieces

we need to get 3 chests of drawers so if you find any good bargains please let me know.

Yeah i know, they are so expensive, one of the things we left til the last minute.
We need another set already coz she has too many clothes. Spoilt little poppett.
We have loads of prem/nb/0-3mth girls clothes sitting there. Not sure whether to keep them just in case we have a girl next time or what. Shame to get rid of them, half of them havent even been worn - she grew too fast and has a bigger wardrobe than me lol

We have been given heaps of new born stuff so far, cause DH and I will be the only "baby makers" left on both sides of the family now - haha and everyone has boys so we've been told that after this one we have to keep going till we get a girl Haha (NOT)

Haha weve been given that "responsibility" as well
Its just DPs sister and shes not having babies lol

I'm like, hey lets just get through the first one before we think of any others!! Theres a total (incl ours to be) 5 grand kids on both sides and all boys

I bet if we had another, we would have a girl - my mum and all her sisters both had 3 girls before they had a boy. If my brother wasnt a boy, mum would have kept going god help her

Keep all your baby clothes just buy some of those white storage containers and keep them cause if you have another girl they will be so handy. Or get the vacumm bags form kmart and store them in there keeps them nice and fresh. I use both now we have so many boys clothes its unbelieveable......

Lucky for you, im still falt out with the work i had from yesterday. I hate going home with stuff still on my desk but i couldnt stay behind any longer otherwise daycare would have shut...

I am feeling a bit uncomfy..... my pelvis is still quite sore every time I get up.....it was funny last night cause it took about 35 min to get home... and I practically had to unroll myself from the car I felt like such an old woman haha.

Hey how much do you reckon new capusles cost? My SIL gave us her one to use in the weekend, I checked it out last night and the makers date was 1997!!!! Way old, cause I heard that they really only have a life of 5 years. I don't want to offend her by not using it, but then I don't want to put bubs in one that may not be safe...

Yeah i thought it was 5 years too. Or maybe it was 10? Or is that for carseats?

We bought a capsule from Babycity last July, one that can clip into the pushchair... Cost us about $200??? It was really handy for those first 6wks so we didnt have to wake her when we went out. Shes getting too big for it now but its handy for when we go out in Nics car so i dont have to unbelt the big carseat from my car...

But you really dont use them for that long.

We are getting rid of ours as soon as i get a new pushchair so i can sell them together.
